Students of the graduating courses of the department "Technology, equipment and standardization" according to the educational program "Technology of food products" and "Technology of processing industries" prepare and study the technology of flour, pasta and bread in practical classes. We conducted experiments using vegetable raw materials, and also prepared for the choice of the topic of the thesis.
