On October 28-29, the non-governmental institution "Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education" with the support of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan held the IV Annual Eurasian Forum on Quality Assurance in Higher Education on the topic "subsystem of quality assurance of higher educational institutions of a changing world". The rector of the Kazakhstan Engineering Technological University Sarsenbekova G. A. took part in the forum.

   The main objective of the forum is to develop a culture of quality in higher education institutions among managers, administrators, teachers, students and stakeholders of higher education institutions by discussing and developing an effective internal quality assurance system of higher education institutions.

   Rectors, vice-rectors and representatives of leading universities of Kazakhstan, as well as accreditation agencies and universities of Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Lithuania, Belgium, Estonia, Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation made presentations on various topics in the forum program. During the forum, the participants exchanged experiences with each other, at the end of which certificates were awarded.
