On December 21-22, 2021, the head of the Department of Emergency Situations Otynshieva Azhar Muratovna took part in the international meeting on the topic: "regional integration and capacity building to increase the competitiveness of SMEs in agribusiness and promote trade in Central Asia-CANDY V".  The purpose of the meeting was the integration of Science, Education and business-an effective tool for Sustainable Development and competitiveness of states in the context of pandemics and economic formation.
