In Kazakhstan engineering and technology university multifunctional skills are already partially transferred through higher education. Educational processes are supported by new methods of education and upbringing. There are 39 youth clubs of interest in KazETU. Their areas are: creative, professional, sports and debate centres in three languages. The Committee of Youth Organizations and the Institute of Student Self-Government of the House of Students occupies a special place in the socialization and formation of soft skills of students. At the university there is a tendency of employment of students to vacant places. During the year, students worked as an operator, a CALL center employee, a future specialist in the Department of Informatization and Youth Policy, office registrar, department of «career». Students organize in the university traditional evenings, gatherings, meetings. Topical issues are raised in special opinion exchange centers: the prospects of the profession, changes in educational programs, meetings with employers, studying at foreign universities under double degree programs, etc. Achieving a dream is every step and a goal.
