Reporting and election Conference of the committee of youth organizations was held

On May 31, the Kazakhstan engineering and Technology University hosted a reporting and election Conference of the committee of youth organizations. The conference was attended by the rector of the University G. A. Sarsenbekova , heads of departments, faculty and students.

 

During the meeting, the chairman of the committee – a.m. Tasymova made a report on the work done by the committee of youth organizations for the period from 2020 to 2022 academic year. As noted in the report, the committee of youth organizations conducted more than 200 events in 5 areas in the period from 2020 to 2022 academic year. The number of new student clubs has increased, and various large-scale events have been organized throughout the country.

 

In the second part of the meeting, the election programs of students who are candidates for the chairmanship of the committee of youth organizations were heard.Yesenali Fatima, Dyusetai Meruert, Pushbak Zhanbota, Serikov Asylzhan , Kalapbergen Nazym competed among the candidates. Participants ' programs were published in social networks a few weeks in advance, and voters were given the opportunity to get acquainted in full. After the reports of the candidates, the decisions of the commission members were presented, and the results of the elections held on the Kahoot platform were shown on the screen. According to the results of voting, the following indicators are available::

Yesenali Fatima 45 %
Serikov Asylzhan 19,1 %
Dyusetay Meruert 9,1 %
Kalapbergen Nazym 4,3 %
As a result of the decision of the commission and the vote, Yesenali Fatima, a 2nd-year student of the specialty "information technologies in the electric power industry", was elected chairman of the committee of youth organizations.

 

At the end of the meeting, the rector of the Kazakhstan engineering and Technological University Sarsenbekova G. A. thanked the activists of the committee and the participants for their contribution to the development of the University and wished success to the new composition of the committee of youth organizations.
