In the period from July 4 to July 15, 2022, at the Military Institute (Military Department) of Satbayev University, a competitive selection of student candidates is carried out for training under the program of officers and sergeants of the reserve.

Students who submit applications and submit medical examination cards will undergo vocational psychological testing and a physical fitness test.

The delivery of professional psychological testing will be carried out on the basis of the military department according to the schedule.

Candidates who have passed the professional psychological testing are allowed to the next stage - passing the standards for physical fitness.

Passing each stage of the competition is allowed once.

Delivery of professional psychological testing will be carried out at the address: Almaty, Baytursynov Street, 140 (the building of the military department) according to the schedule.

Physical fitness testing will be carried out at the stadium of the Almaty Republican School "ZHAS ULAN" named after B. Momyshuly at the address: Almaty, Pyatnitskogo Street 100 (entrance from Saina Street, block-3) according to the schedule.

A student who does not agree with the result of the stages of the competition, on the same day, applies with a written application (in any form) to the chairman of the selection committee.

You have to go through the third stage of the competitive selection - passing the standards for physical fitness.

Note:

When calculating the total number of points, the mark "unsatisfactory" is counted as zero points.

Each standard for physical fitness is assessed individually. The total physical fitness score is derived by summing the scores for the three exercises. When calculating the total score, the score "unsatisfactory" is considered as zero points.

For further participation of the candidate in the competitive selection, it is necessary to score a total score in physical fitness in the amount of at least 8 points.

A candidate who has scored less than 8 points in physical fitness is not allowed to the next stage.

The results of the stage are communicated to the candidates immediately after its completion.

It is PROHIBITED to retake physical fitness standards, so we recommend that you follow the instructions below:

1. Listen carefully to the explanations of the examiners, the estimated indicators according to the standards, security measures.

2. If at the time of passing the standards you have complaints about your health, inform the examiners about this.

3. Choose a sportswear that is comfortable for you.

4. Before passing the standards, conduct a sports warm-up.

5. After getting acquainted with the results of the stage, you need to sign in the statement.

DEAR CANDIDATES!!

You will have the first serious test - passing a psychological test.

Psychological testing is primarily aimed at determining the degree of compliance with your moral and business qualities of the military profession. The level of your reserve opportunities and professional and personal potential is also determined.

This psychological testing will take place on a computer. The duration of the test is not more than 60 minutes.

The results will be automatically displayed on the display screen at the end of the test.

ATTENTION!

YOU WILL HAVE THE ONLY OPPORTUNITY

in passing the test.

To successfully complete the psychological test, follow these instructions:

1. It is forbidden to bring mobile phones, pens, pencils into the testing room.

2. Listen carefully to the explanation of the person responsible for conducting psychological testing. During testing, you are not allowed to ask questions.

3. Do not participate in testing if you have a health complaint. Report this to the person responsible for conducting psychological testing in advance during the survey, which will be conducted before the start of testing.

4. Choose the testing language that is convenient for you - Kazakh or Russian. Make an appropriate note in the statement as directed by the person responsible for conducting psychological testing.

5. Carefully fill in your personal data.

6. Answer the questions only after carefully reading and understanding the instructions.

7. Be extremely careful, because when you go to the next statement, you will not have the opportunity to return to the previous one.

8. Answer as sincerely as possible, give the natural answer that comes to your mind first.

9. Remember that there are no "good" or "bad" answers.

10. During testing, it is FORBIDDEN to leave the classroom, talk, read aloud and comment on tests, use cell phones and other means of communication, look at the screen of neighboring computers.

11. After the “Save result” sign appears on the computer screen, you need to raise your hand and wait for the person responsible for conducting psychological testing to approach you to save the results.

If the person responsible for conducting the psychological testing is busy with another applicant, wait until he is free. At the same time, it is FORBIDDEN to perform any actions with the computer (open test results on your own, close the dialog box, turn off the computer, etc.).

12. After reading the test result, you and a representative from among the observers must sign the statement.

IN THE EVENT OF VIOLATION OF THESE RULES, YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY CONSIDERED FAILING THIS STAGE OF ACCEPTANCE.

ASSESSMENT OF TEST RESULTS

1. Test result "Not recommended" means that you have not passed this stage of selection and are not allowed to the next stage.

2. If you receive a positive result (recommended in the first place - 100 points, recommended in the second place - 75 points; recommended - 50 points), you are considered to have passed this selection stage.

The results of computer psychological testing are not subject to appeal and are not commented on, as they reflect the individual characteristics of the applicant.
