Local history is the study of the country's localities in terms of their geographical, cultural, historical, economic, and ethnographic features. In English–speaking locations, the term local history is used - "local history". The nature of Kazakhstan, its amazing places, which, as if at the behest of their ancestors, have preserved their powerful desire to endow us with the gift of wisdom and the ability to enjoy the moment, will fascinate.

At KazETU, on the basis of the Department of "Social and Humanitarian Disciplines and World Languages", everyone can feel contact with the beautiful places to the active work of the "Olketanu" club.

On the 7th October, 2022, the club held a number of events in order to attract attention to the beauties of our region. "Stop for a moment, you're beautiful" - this is how you can characterize how the club talks about the wisdom of nature that surrounds us.

We often forget that it is nature that nourishes us, saturates and charges us with its energy.

We wish that everyone could feel a surge of strength from having the opportunity to be among the beautiful steppes of Kazakhstan; centuries-old Tien Shan firs; "wise" stone structures; among mountain rivers, as if carrying cheerfulness and strength. Do not forget to feel yourself in unity with the primordial elements of this world.
