On October 29, 2022, Associate Professor of the Department of "Social and Humanitarian Disciplines and World Languages" Arman Zamanbekovich Estemesov held an open lesson on the discipline "Physical Culture" on the topic "Athletic gymnastics".
During the lesson, the teacher Estemesov A.Z. used active teaching methods, which, in the process of mastering the educational material, encouraged students to actively practice: not only the teacher himself, but also the students were active. Working in small groups allowed students to work on exercises in a relaxed manner and develop physical strength and flexibility.
