From May 2 to May 31, 2023, at the International University of Engineering and Technology, a doctoral student of the Slovak Agricultural University in Nitra, Nora Haring, is undergoing a scientific internship under the educational program OP "Food Safety". The head of the scientific internship is Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of "Technology and Technology of food Production" Abuova Altynai Burkhatovna. The scientific internship is supported by the Department of "TiTPP".
The topic of Nora Haring's doctoral dissertation is "Analysis of changes in the content of prenylated flavonoids as a result of technological processing of ordinary hops (Humulus lupulus)". During the time allotted for scientific consultation, analyses of the content of the doctoral dissertation and intermediate results of scientific research will be carried out. The available data on the research topic were discussed with the supervisor and material was prepared for writing an article for the publication indexed in Scopus. There was also a meeting with students of the 3rd year "Food Technology", where Nora told about her research activities and the university.
