In the Kazakh people, the very word baursak means "brotherhood". This means that people are close, compassionate, and have a good relationship. Kazakhs are very friendly, hospitable and humble, so they conveyed the character of this donut with the warmth of a baursak.

In laboratory room 101, together with students, national bakery products were prepared, including baursak and flour confectionery peanut cakes. Labs are held every Saturday to engage students and prepare them for their future careers.
