The registrar office coordinates the organization of the student educational process: control, analysis and monitoring of students academic performance.
Areas of activity:
formation of student groups, preparation of necessary documentation (student cards, test books, study cards, test and examination sheets, etc.);
informing students of the schedule of the educational process;
exercising control over the educational process and monitoring the implementation of curricula and programs by students;
monitoring of students ' attendance at training sessions;
submission of documents to students for registration of academic leave and for expulsion from the university and restoration to the number of students;
submission of students for appointment to state and nominal scholarships;
organization and control of the correct conduct of tests and course exams in accordance with the regulations on the point-rating system;
collecting information about students ' academic performance with its subsequent analysis;
organization of training of students receiving a second higher education according to individual plans;
informational and reference consulting of students on training issues;
attracting students to cultural events of the university;
preparation of documents for control measures based on the results of modules, draft orders for the student contingent
determination of the current rating of students.

Центр обслуживания студентов направлен на максимальное улучшение всестороннего взаимодействия со студенческим сообществом, позволяет экономить время студентов и позволяет устранить бюрократические барьеры и коррупционные риски в системе взаимодействия "университет – студент", дублирующие действия при оказании услуг, а также значительно повышает эффективность и оперативность решения студенческих проблем, выводит качество услуг на принципиально новый уровень, экономит время, затрачиваемое обучающимися на получение социально значимых услуг.
Задачи:
Обеспечение своевременного и качественного предоставления услуг обучающимся;
Предоставление полной информации по запросу обучающихся;
Повышение культуры и качества оказания предоставляемых услуг обучающимся ЦОС, определяемых данным ПСП).
Поддержка обучающихся в академических вопросах через консультирование.
Функции:
Прием заявлений студентов на оказание государственных и внутриуниверситетских услуг.
Обработка заявлений.
Оказание информационной помощи студентам при обращении в Центр.
Определение регламента оказания государственных и внутриуниверситетских услуг.
Выдача результатов оказания государственных и внутриуниверситетских услуг.
