«Young Technician» the circle of the Kazakhstan Engineering and Technology University (hereinafter - the circle) is a circle

The circle carries out its educational activities

The circle is not a legal entity.

The full name of the Circle in Russian is «Юный техник Казахстанского инженерно-технологического университета». The abbreviated name in Russian is «Юный техник». Full name in English - «Young technician of Kazakhstan Engineering Technological University». The abbreviated name in English is «Young technician».

The purpose and objectives of the activity of the Circle

Goals of the Circle:

  • Improving the quality of education;
  • Association of students by interest;
  • Education in students to work in a team;
  • Strengthening interest in the specialty; 

The main tasks of the Circle:

  • Identification of the work experience of students;
  • Interaction of students with the head;
  • Educational work at the university;
  • Moral stimulation of KazITU specialists.

In accordance with the tasks assigned to it, the Circle:

  • Acquaintance with novelties of literature and periodicals on the topic;
  • Exchange of best practices between mechanical engineers;
  • Discussion of the achievements of students in the specialty mechanical engineer.
  • Involvement in the circle of all interested lovers of technology.
  • Coordinated teamwork.

Rights and obligations of members of the Circle

Members of the Circle have the right:

  • Being a student of KazETU join the Circle;
  • Observe safety precautions;
  • Be friendly and constructive;
  • To improve the quality of education received ;
  • To get acquainted in the KazETU library with novelties and periodicals;
  • You can not assign other people's work;
  • Refrain from criticizing and condemning any member of the club;
  • You can not miss meetings without a reason;
  • Do not harm the property of other members of the circle;

Circle members are required to:

  • Attend club meetings;
  • Involve other students in the circle;
  • Share the results of your work;

Structure and management of the Circle

The organizational structure of the Circle includes:

  • Academic Supervisors of the Circle (Scientific Supervisor of the Circle);
  • Chairman of the Circle;
  • Secretary of the Circle.
  • The Scientific Supervisors of the Circle (Scientific Supervisor of the Circle) are elected (elected) from among the faculty of the University.

The competence of the Scientific Supervisors of the Circle (Scientific Supervisor of the Circle) includes:

  • development of program documents of the Circle;
  • making a decision to admit a new member to the Circle or to expel a member of the Circle;
  • making proposals to change these Regulations;
  • coordination of the calendar plan of work of the Circle for the academic year and (or) month;
  • implementation of strategic management of the activities of the Circle;
  • determining the topics of meetings of members of the Circle;
  • holding meetings of members of the Circle.
  • The Chairman of the Circle is the highest official of the Circle and carries out general, including operational, management of the activities of the Circle.
  • The Chairman of the Circle is elected by a relative majority of votes of the permanent members of the Circle from among the permanent members of the Circle. University students who participated in at least 4 meetings of the Circle in a row before the elections are considered permanent members of the Circle 
  • Elections of the Chairman of the Circle are held at least once a year. The date of the elections is appointed (appointed) by the Scientific Supervisors of the Circle (Scientific Supervisor of the Circle).
  • All permanent members of the Circle are notified of the election of the Chairman of the Circle in an open and accessible way, including through social networks, at least three weeks before the election.
  • The format of the election of the Chairman of the Circle is determined (determined) by the Scientific Supervisors of the Circle (Scientific Supervisor of the Circle).
  • Candidates for the position of the Chairman of the Circle at least a week before the date of the election submit free-form plans for the development of the Circle for publication and communication to all permanent members of the Circle.
  • The results of the election of the Chairman of the Circle are communicated to all members of the Circle in an open and accessible way on the day after the election.
  • One person can hold the position of the Chairman of the Circle for an unlimited number of terms.

The competence of the Chairman of the Circle includes the functions of coordinating and organizing the activities of the Circle, including:

  • convening regular and extraordinary meetings of the Circle;
  • development of a plan and procedure for holding events organized by the Circle and its coordination with scientific supervisors;
  • providing information support for the activities of the Circle and events held by the Circle (preparation of announcements, post-releases, reports on the event, maintaining current information headings, preparing various advertising and information materials) and coordinating its content with the Academic Supervisors of the Circle (Scientific Supervisor of the Circle);
  • providing technical organization and direct organization of events held by the Circle (choosing the date, time and place of the event, booking an audience, meeting invited speakers, etc.).
  • representation of the interests of the Circle and interaction on the basis of these Regulations on behalf of the Circle in relations with the University;
  • formation and submission to the Academic Supervisors of the Circle (Scientific Supervisor of the Circle) of an annual report on the activities of the Circle.
  • If necessary, in agreement with the Academic Supervisors of the Circle (Scientific Supervisor of the Circle), for the implementation of current work on the management of the Circle, executive bodies of the Circle ( including departments, directions) can be formed, the functionality, leaders and personal composition of which is determined by the Chairman of the Circle.
  • The Secretary of the Circle is appointed by the Chairman of the Circle from among the members of the Circle. The competence of the Secretary of the Circle includes the maintenance of all internal documentation of the Circle.

Membership in the Circle

Voluntary participation in meetings;

Develop an idea to a model;

Improving the quality of education;

Membership in the Circle is terminated due to:

  • voluntary exit;
  • exclusion by decision of the Academic Supervisors of the Circle (Scientific Supervisor of the Circle) for actions that are incompatible with this provision, or for violation of local regulations of the University.

Final provisions

This Regulation comes into force after its approval at a meeting of the Academic Council and is valid until the approval of the next regulation. (Provide the minutes of the meeting, with the number of the order in the scanned version).

The first Chairman of the Circle is appointed by the decision of the Scientific Supervisors of the Circle (Scientific Supervisor of the Circle).
