On October 4, 2023, A Round Table was held at the International Engineering and Technology University with the participation of leading scientists from Turkey, Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan on the topic: "integration of Science and education, technology transfer-the main factor in ensuring the quality of training of specialists".
Rector of the International University of engineering and Technology, Associate Professor G. A. Sarsenbekova stressed the importance of integration of Science and education, technology transfer. "In this regard, the country is preparing a draft law" "on Science and technology policy"", which is being prepared on the initiative of the Ministry of Science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan." In addition, the rector of Hitu Gulnar Sarsenbekova noted that scientists of the University are involved in the implementation of this project. In his speech, the head of the University noted that today's round table will become an accelerator of innovative joint developments, help to find solutions in expanding the introduction of new technologies, commercialize scientific results by stimulating innovative activity through the integration of the science, education and production sectors.

Vice-rector for science and innovation of Osh Technological University named after M. M. Adyshev, doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor N. T. Tanakov, federal state budgetary institution of Higher Education "Russian biotechnological University" (Resbiotech) academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences named after I. A. Rogov director of the Institute of Applied Biotechnology named after T. N. Danilchuk, director of the Institute of Information Technology of Istanbul Technical University named after Mustafa made his proposals to promote the research work of students, develop the educational process and scientific work of students in the field of Applied Biotechnology, as well as launch the Multicopter Platforms monitoring system on the market of Kazakhstan. 
The issues of consolidation of the International University of engineering and technology and research institutes in order to ensure the rapid growth of high-tech technologies that stimulate the sustainable development of Kazakhstan were discussed. The participants of the Round Table focused on the importance of developing the venture financing sector, protecting intellectual property, supporting scientific research and innovation, as well as the role of business in the Kazakhstan model of commercialization of scientific developments.
