The Department of Technique and technology of food production originates from the formation of the University since 2001. Currently, the Department of Technology, Equipment and Standardization trains students in 6 bachelor's degree programs and 5 master's degree programs.
The Department of Technique and technology of food production employs 3 Doctors of Sciences and 3 Ph.D., 7 candidates of Sciences and Masters of Technical Sciences to train specialists. The Department of "TEaS", in 2016, passed program accreditation for all educational programs, both for bachelor's and master's degrees.
