The 1st International Exhibition Bakery Expo Kazakhstan was held at the Sports Palace named afterBaluan Sholaka, which was the only event in Central Asia dedicated to the specific needs of the retail and baking community. At the exhibition, there was an opportunity to communicate with colleagues and join the industry. Teachers and students learned about the latest baking techniques and business practices presented by some of the most successful bakers in the region.
