The main objectives of the Department of Strategic Development, Accreditation and Monitoring are:

• Conducting an analysis of the University's activities according to the Development Program and strategic directions within the existing personnel, technical and functional capabilities of the Department.
• Strategic planning of the university's activities for the medium and short term, support for the formation and development programs in the areas of activity.
• Identification based on the analysis of opportunities, development and presentation of recommendations for improving work in strategic areas, organizational and functional structure of the University, etc.
• Identification of opportunities based on the analysis, development and presentation of measures to strengthen the competitive position and further increase the positive image of the University.
• Consulting and expert assistance to the higher and middle management of the University in the field of areas supervised by them on issues of strategic development, continuous improvement of activities, strengthening the competitive position in the market and increasing the competitiveness of the University.
• Improving the system of monitoring and evaluation of strategic indicators, key performance indicators of the University through the collection, compilation, reconciliation and analysis of data received from responsible structural units.
• Planning and coordinating the university's entry into the TOP national and international rankings, passing international accreditation of educational programs.
