On March 17, at the Department of Biochemical Engineering, candidate of physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor V. E. Nikulin held a lecture on the topic "conservation laws in mechanics" for 1st year students of the educational programs chemical technology, standardization and certification of organic substances.
During the lesson, he reported on kinetic energy and work, conservative forces, potential energy under various conditions, elastic deformation energy, equilibrium conditions of a mechanical system, the laws of conservation of momentum and momentum moment. The implementation of conservation laws through examples of collisions of two bodies and movement in the central field of forces was demonstrated on video using an interactive panel. In addition, examples of solving problems using environmental laws were explained. At the end of the lecture, a game related to the topic was played on the kahoot platform to summarize the lesson.
