In the article of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.Tokayev "Independence is above all" the concept of Nauryz Meyramy celebration was worked out in a new way, the content of the spring holiday was changed. In this connection ten-day plan of measures on celebration of Nauryz Meyramy was approved in KazETU college.

On March 19, in honour of the Day of Sport, volleyball competition among students and teachers was conducted in KazETU gymnasium in order to implement the concept of K.Tokaev, to promote sport and healthy way of life. Three teams took part in the competition.

As a result of the competition team won the chair VTAiT. Third place was taken by combined team of teachers and staff of KazETU, third place - combined team of KazITU college.
