Metrology

The purpose of the discipline is to study the legal foundations of metrological activity, the role and significance of achieving the uniformity of measurements in international trade, economic, scientific and technical relations. The study of the current state of metrology at home and abroad, on ways to achieve the required measurement accuracy, on the organization of metrology activities in foreign countries. Theoretical, organizational, scientific and methodological foundations of metrology, legal foundations of ensuring the uniformity of measurements. As a result, the student participates in the development of standards of the state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements, calibration systems, and the procedure for conducting metrological certification.

Fruit-growing

The purpose of mastering the discipline is to teach students the formation of knowledge and skills on the biological and technological bases of fruit and berry production and the formation of skills for the development of intensive technologies of cultivation and cultivation of fruit and berry crops. As a result of studying the discipline, the student masters the theoretical foundations of modern intensive technologies for the production of fruits and berries, the patterns of growth, development and fruiting of fruit and berry plants, biological features and morphological characteristics of fruit and berry plants.

Vegeculture

A general idea of the origin and economic and biological features of species, varieties of fruit and vegetable crops. Get theoretical and practical knowledge on the technology of reproduction, laying gardens and cultivation of fruit and vegetable crops.

Certification CM

The student studies international accreditation bodies: IAF, IQNET, IRCA, EA, certification in accordance with international standards such as ISO/IEC 17065:2012, ISO/IEC TS 17021-2 2012. The use of international standards increases trust, guarantees impartiality and quality of certification. In the Republic of Kazakhstan, certification is carried out on the basis of the standards of ST RK ISO 9001:2016, ST RK 3.4.

Special technology of processing industries

The discipline studies products from corn, wheat and other grains, as well as the production of corn sticks, food concentrates, cereals that do not require cooking, the technology of protein hydrolysates , dry products for children and dietary purposes, etc.

Food production equipment

The purpose of the discipline is to study the principles of operation of technological equipment of food production, technical characteristics of machines, systems and parameters for optimal technological modes. As a result of the training, the student will be able to carry out operational work, use machines and equipment for food production.

Agroecology

The purpose of mastering the discipline is to teach students the formation of environmental cognition skills, to gain in-depth knowledge about the basics of sustainable development of nature and society, theoretical and practical knowledge on the rational use of natural resources and modern methods of environmental protection. As a result of studying the discipline, the student studies the laws of the relationship of organisms at all levels of the organization with the environment, the role of agriculture in the pollution of the biosphere, the features of the ecological crisis, ways and methods of preserving the modern biosphere.

Technology of processing industries

Students study the technology of production of basic food and processing products produced from raw materials of animal and vegetable origin.

Food production equipment

The purpose of the discipline is to study the principles of operation of technological equipment of food production, technical characteristics of machines, systems and parameters for optimal technological modes. Study of the structure and classification of the main types of equipment of public catering enterprises. The main requirements for technological equipment. Devices and principles of operation of mechanical equipment. Equipment used in the food industry. Cutting equipment. Machines and mechanisms for cutting fruits and vegetables. Machines for cutting meat and fish. Mechanisms for cutting products. Kneading and mixing equipment. Welding machines. Autoclaves and steam chambers. As a result of the training, the student will be able to carry out operational work, use machines and equipment for food production.

Greenhouse vegetable production

The purpose of mastering the discipline is to teach students to form theoretical knowledge about the biology of vegetable crops, organizational and economic features of protected soil and practical skills in creating and using technologies for their cultivation in conditions of various cultural structures. As a result of studying the discipline, the student acquires skills and prepares students for carrying out production and research work in the greenhouse economy as a field of agriculture.

Quality Management Systems SS, LS

The purpose of the discipline is to study methods of ensuring the quality of products, processes and services. The study of the quality management system and the Kazakh standards for quality management systems developed on this basis (ISO 9001:2008, ST RK ISO 9001:2016), as well as ST RK ISO 22000 on food safety, etc. As a result of the training, the student will be able to apply the principles of quality management, implement management systems, integrated management systems, ISO 9001/2016 (QMS), ISO 22000/2018 (SMBPP), ISO 14001/2016 (EMS) standards at the enterprise.
