The Department of Social Sciences and Humanities of Kazakhstan Engineering and Technology University held a literary evening "Zhyr atasy-Zhambyl" dedicated to the 175th anniversary of Zhambyl Zhabayev in honor of the multilingual program. The students performed poems by our ancestor Zhambyl in three languages and showed the great cognitive value of the event. This poetic hour dedicated to the works of our poet Zhambyl was very bright and informative. The university students: Katkeldy Ayaulym, student of accounting and audit department presented the video about biography and creative work of the poet, Frolova Alina, student of finance department "Zhailau", Kaldybek Darkhan TMO "Alatau", Asanova Ayaulym, "Bogat Alatau", Dauletkhan Nuray tourism, "Kazakhstan". His poems revealed the essence of the poet's work. Poems of the poet Zhambyl  were presented in English language by students Aruzhan Baurzhanovna, Meruert Mamyrzakova, Nurlan Almin. Poetic hour organized by the associate professor Abdisuleimenova R.Sh., was attended by the deputy head of the department A.B. Nurtazaeva, teachers R.D. Abilova, Z.R. Ultarakova, K.N. Shokhaeva participated and thanked the students at the end of the literary evening.
