On May 8-29, 2022, in Nur-Sultan , at the international tournament AJP Kazakhstan National Pro in jiu-jitsu, organized by the jiu-jitsu Association of the Republic of Kazakhstan ,the International Organization AJP and the Department for combating drug crime of the Nur-Sultan City Police Department, 4th year student of the Kazakhstan engineering and Technological University Elshat Madyarov won a bronze medal in the weight category of 69 kg.
About 1,600 athletes from the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, the Kyrgyz Republic, the United Arab Emirates and Brazil took part in the competition, which was organized as part of the International Day against drug trafficking and drug trafficking, and 60 clubs took part in it.

Elshat Magyarov, who was the best in the competition, which brought together several countries, noted that it is a modern requirement to lead a healthy lifestyle and engage in Physical Culture in order to educate inner culture, behavior, and will among young people.
