On September 13, 2022, the Department of Technology, Equipment and Standardization held a solemn event "Department Day". Purpose: to get acquainted with the history and achievements of the university and the department, to inform 1st-year students about the trajectories of educational programs and the structure of the university.
The opening speech was delivered by the head of the department, Professor Abuova Altynai Burkhatovna, who congratulated the students on the beginning of the academic year and an interesting, eventful student life.

At the event, students got more acquainted with the history of KazITU, structural divisions and specialties of the department. There were also games and quizzes, in which students took an active part. The winners were awarded prizes and gifts.
Further, students of 3-4 courses of the specialty "Food technology" organized an exhibition "Innovative technologies of food production", where students prepared dishes using new technologies and tasted dishes. The event was completed with a fun concert program organized by creatively gifted students of our department.
