On October 26, 2019, KazITU University hosted a mini - football tournament for the "Rector's Cup". 8 teams from among College and University students participated in the tournament at The new KazITU football field . The teams of "KazETU United", "Olimpic", "Arsenal" , "Ayax" , "Qairat" , "Leaders" , "VTAiT", "VTiPO" included students of the 1st-4th course. In honor of the "year of youth" the tournament was organized by the Committee on youth Affairs of the University . According to the results of the game, the following places were distributed: 1st place team "Olympic" team captain student of the 1st year of the educational program "Computer technology and software" Keldibek Darken. Second place "Kazitu United" team captain student of the 4th year of the educational program "Radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications" Abdrash Bagdat. Third place team "Computing and software" College of KazETU. The best player was voted player of "Ayax" Mambetaly Zantas. Olympic goalkeeper Onaibai Meirzhan is recognized as the "Best goalkeeper".
