As part of the implementation of paragraph 40 of the action plan for 2019-2021 for the implementation of the Concept of Development of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan (until 2025), approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 13, 2019 No. 271, on September 3, 2021, a Kazakhstan-wide open dictation dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held. The theme of the dictation is " Independence is our main value!".

Teachers and students of KazETU college arrived at the appointed place, prepared pens with them, the dictation was written on a specially designed sheet. The text, which was transmitted in Kazakh, agreed with the Secretariat of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was sent on September 2 at 18: 00.

The open dictation is aimed at increasing the participants ' interest in knowing the state language, forming the Kazakh identity, strengthening social harmony and unity of the country.
