Marketing Financial Organizations

The discipline "Marketing of financial organizations" aims to ensure effective preparation of students for practical work in the marketing department of a financial organization (bank, insurance, investment, management company, etc.): teach them to analyze the market; develop a marketing action plan; prepare and conduct marketing research; organize control over marketing activities. As a result of studying the discipline , the student must: To know: - the structure, job responsibilities of employees and the basic principles of the Marketing Department of a financial organization, - basic principles of working with contractors (advertising, creative, research agencies), - features of the work of the Marketing Department in the service sector in comparison with commodity markets; understand the specifics of working in a financial organization. Be able to: - possess modern methods of analyzing the company''s product portfolio, methods of designing financial products and services, methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the bank''s product portfolio, possess: methods of assessing customer satisfaction and loyalty, organization of service quality monitoring in a financial company - preparation of a marketing research program, development of tools (questionnaires, guides), analysis and interpretation of the results of marketing research.

Stocks and bods market

Prerequisites: Money, credit and banks, Finance The purpose of the course: to form knowledge about the essence of securities, the theory and organizational foundations of stock exchanges, allows you to better understand their meaning and mechanism of action in the economy. Brief description of the course: Fundamentals of the scientific organization of the securities market. Securities and their classification. Patterns of formation of the stock market in Kazakhstan. Features of functioning of corporate and state securities markets. Methods of licensing professional participants of the securities market. Regulation of the securities market. Government securities in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The conjuncture of the securities market. Organization of the activities of the stock exchange. Fundamentals of the stock exchange. Participants of exchange trading. The mechanism of exchange trading. Financial markets and intermediaries

The course of the discipline is aimed at forming a system of knowledge among students about financial markets and its professional participants who perform the functions of pouring temporarily free funds and capital, attracted funds from internal and external investors into priority and highly profitable sectors of the economy, contribute to the integration of the economy into international communities. In addition, such qualitative indicators as legislative regulation, information openness, dividend policy and other important indicators should also comply with generally accepted standards of the developing financial market. The lack of domestic financial resources for capital investments in the production sector has become one of the biggest problems of the transition economy of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the course is to provide students of economic educational programs with the opportunity to gain more knowledge about financial markets and their intermediaries. As a result of studying the discipline, the student will master the aspects that occur in the financial market of Kazakhstan and its role in the overall economic development of the country, the skills of economic analysis, the ability to navigate and make decisions in the financial sphere.

Computerization of accounting

The purpose of studying the discipline is to form a system of knowledge among students about the basics of working with the automated accounting program for enterprises. As a result of studying the discipline, the student will master the concepts of automated information systems and their structure; the main components and concepts of the 1C program, forms for input and output documents; work with several applied software tools used in the activities of an accountant, etc.
