The purpose of the discipline is to teach students to improve soil fertility, to form knowledge in the field of soil fertility with organic fertilizers, necessary for rational and efficient use. As a result of studying the discipline, the student masters the skills and gets acquainted with field experiments and production conditions to assess the effect of using renewable resources of agrobiocenoses together with mineral and organomineral fertilizers.
The purpose of mastering the discipline is to study the standardization and certification of food products and food raw materials. The discipline considers the safety of food products and agricultural raw materials of animal and plant origin. As a result of the training, the student will be able to take part in radiological control, bacteriological control, toxicological, parasitological, microbiological, veterinary and sanitary control of food products, apply methods of food quality control.
The purpose of mastering the discipline is to form students' knowledge, skills and abilities in accordance with the formulated competencies for the rational use of arable land, increasing their fertility and protection from erosion. As a result of studying the discipline, the student acquires the skills and scientific foundations of agriculture and the study of agrotechnical foundations of land protection from erosion and deflation. The student can use the acquired knowledge in the future when writing a thesis, preparing scientific articles, reports and presentations of research papers, in practical and research activities. The student can use the acquired knowledge further when writing a thesis, preparing scientific articles, reports and presentations of research papers, in practical and research activities.
