1. Participation in the UNIWORK project within the TEMPUS program. 3.Within the framework of the project "Establishment of Centers for Competence and Employability Development" (Establishment of Centers for Competence and Employability Development (COMPLETE), I traveled with a working group to the German city of Bielefeld to the Institute for Advanced Training, Inbas Arbeitsmarkt. The main purpose of the trip was to develop an individual competence model and determine the ability to work in each university of the partner country, taking into account the specifics of the country and institutional features.
