1. Participation in the UNIWORK project within the TEMPUS program. Participated in the 4th training on the UNIWORK project within the TEMPUS program, at the Khujand Polytechnic Institute of the Tajik University in the city of Khujand (Tajikistan). The purpose of this module is focused on the services offered by the Career Center to improve the services offered to students in search of quality employment: student internships, both paid and unpaid, national or international; student skills training (resume preparation, interviews, communication skills); career advice for students. During the meeting, they exchanged experiences on how work is being done on the activities of the Career Center, that is, how students should be prepared for practice and employment.

2.Participated in the international project of the ERASMUS+ 561603EPP120151DEEPPKA2CBHEJP PROGRAM 

"Establishment of Competence and Employment Development Centers" (Establishment of Centers for Competence and Employability Development (COMPLETE), the working group has functional responsibilities within the project, namely, I am the key person of the project on administrative issues:

 administration of organizational issues related to the 

trainings within the framework of the project and general consulting, 

concerning human resource management;

 accounting and control of labor costs of project participants in the process of its 

implementations;

 conducting an analysis of the labor market;

 participation in the organization of trainings and seminars.

3.Within the framework of the project "Establishment of Centers for Competence and Employability Development" (Establishment of Centers for Competence and Employability Development (COMPLETE), I traveled with a working group to the German city of Bielefeld to the Institute for Advanced Training, Inbas Arbeitsmarkt. The main purpose of the trip was to develop an individual competence model and determine the ability to work in each university of the partner country, taking into account the specifics of the country and institutional features. Conceptualization and establishment of Centers for Competence and Employment Development in universities of partner countries with proposals for internal and external target groups. Providing tested trainings, modules, tools and tools aimed at various target groups. Promotion of Centers, as well as the approach of competence and employment within and outside universities.

For the total work experience as a teacher, more than 50 scientific articles have been published, including KKSON, in a journal with an impact factor, she has completed advanced training courses, has more than 35 certificates and diplomas, letters of thanks.  Participated in international projects, with certificates and letters of thanks, on the development of students' competencies (business trips to Central Asia, Germany, Turkey). Demeuova G.B. takes an active part in the life of the educational institution. Under the leadership of Demeuova G.B.  students participated in various international conferences in Almaty, Kostanay with the receipt of diplomas of the 1st degree, as well as students actively participate in competitions and sports competitions.
