The educational program was created on the basis of 2 OP "Technology of food products" and "Technology of processing industries". In our Educational Program there are 2 learning paths for students 1. "Production of food products of animal origin" 2. "Production of plant products".
When compiling the OP "Technology and Engineering of food production", round tables were held and the opinions of employers were taken into account, such as the Union of Food Entrepreneurs of Sabralieva M.D., Kazakh Research Institute of Food and Processing Industry LLP Ospanov Asan Bekeshevich. The researchers expressed the opinion that students in the OP "Technology of food products" in the future need knowledge in the OP "Technology of processing industries", and vice versa, this is a distinctive feature of the OP "Technology and engineering of food production". In this connection, our educational program has merged and received the name "Technology and engineering of food production".
