Forum : "Increasing the role of the employer in professional training as an indicator of the quality of design and implementation of educational

On November 8, 2023, on the basis of the International University of Engineering and Technology, an international forum was held on the topic "Increasing the role of the employer in vocational training as an indicator of the quality of design and implementation of educational programs" with the participation of employers of METU University, heads of higher educational institutions of Russia and Kigizia.
Rector of the International University of Engineering and Technology, Associate Professor Sarsenbekova G.A. noted that the close relationship between enterprises and the university is very important for the qualitative development of the content of educational programs and strengthening practical training of a specialist, and this forum will help to find solutions for the introduction of new technologies, methods of professional training through the stimulation of the participants of this process, as well as for issuance of microqualification, additional specialization to university students.

 

At the plenary session of the forum, the First Vice-Rector of the Russian Biotechnological University (ROSBIOTECH), Professor M.V. Nikolaev, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the M.M. Adyshev Osh Technological University, Professor U.Zh. Mamytov, Professor of the South Ural State University, spoke and shared their experience of cooperation between the university and business structures (National Research University) Potoroko I.Yu., Head of the Center for Tourism and Hospitality Development of the Gorno-Altai State University, Associate Professor Kuttubaeva T.A. An expert of the Department of Human Capital Development of NCE "Atameken" Zhumataev D.V. made an actual report on microqualification programs and the procedure for their recognition, the experience of interaction and business in the development of educational programs based on professional standards, the Executive Director of the Union of Food Enterprises of Kazakhstan Sabralieva M.D. emphasized her report. In their reports, the General Director of Akademset LLP, Takhabaev T.M., the Production Director of Increase food LLP, Raiymkulova A.A., expressed their readiness to start working together with METU University to prepare regulatory documentation and issue appropriate microqualification to university students. Обсуждены вопросы консолидации МИТУ и предприятий-работодателей с целью внедрения и выдачи микроквалификации студентам METU University, внедрения дуального обучения, разработки и реализации совместных с предприятиями образовательных программ METU University (экспертное заключение, отзывы, работа в составе академических комитетов), выполнения сотрудниками METU University научно-исследовательских работ по заказу предприятий-работодателей. Участники форума стола акцентировали внимание на важность совместных работ по качественной организации и прохождению практической подготовки, научной стажировки, в рамках перехода к концепции «непрерывного образования в течение всей жизни» предоставлять неформальное образование для сотрудников предприятий-работодателей.
