Minister of Science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek met with representatives of the Youth Affairs Council under the ministry on the eve of the International Student day. The meeting, which took place within the framework of the III meeting of the Council at Satbayev University in Almaty, developed in an official and creative direction. 
The meeting was attended by members of the Republican Student Council, regional chairmen of the alliance of students of Kazakhstan, active students of student self-government organizations and regional student ombudsmen.
During the Republican meeting, the minister spoke to the ombudsmen for the protection of the rights of active youth and students, noting that the student period is a truly wonderful time, and it is during this period that young people can realize their potential in education, science, public life and startups.
"The country has all the resources and opportunities for the full development of students. I would like to emphasize that our young people are very creative, talented and educated. It is necessary to direct this knowledge to the right path and create informative and high - quality content from IT, Minister S. Nurbek said."
Minister of Science and higher education Sayasat Nurbek noted with great pride that in recent years young scientists of Kazakhstan have achieved excellent scientific achievements and made discoveries in various spheres of life. 
"Our task is to create the maximum conditions for you, students, to realize your potential, to present your talents and scientific results to the general public," the minister said. 
During the meeting, in addition to the activities of students as ombudsmen, active youth shared their experience in the development of domestic tourism, popularization of mass sports and the dissemination of financial literacy among the younger generation and young people.
Alikhan Omar, student vice-rector for academic work and professional practice of the International University of engineering and Technology, who attended this important meeting, said: "everything went at a high level, with great organization. They considered really very important, relevant and acute questions for students. I am sure that the meeting and exchange of views of the minister of Science and higher education, well-known personalities with students will contribute to the positive solution of the issues raised at this meeting. I believe that it is a very cool result to discuss the problems of youth in the audience of students, important questions that belong to young people together with young people," he shared his thoughts. 
Young people from universities in different regions raised and discussed topics within the framework of legal, social and everyday problems of students. Students received answers to all their questions through an open microphone. 
"Today, Minister of Science and higher education Mr. Sayasat Nurbek held a meeting with active students from different regions of the country. This is not just a meeting, but a platform for exchange of views on the issues of concern to us, young people and students. The questions of each student were answered individually. It was shown how the student had an interesting time and how to solve problems. It was a great event with new acquaintances, new initiatives, new ideas," said Zhansaya Tursunova, student vice - rector for Strategic Development of the International University of engineering and technology. 
In the official part of the meeting of the council, the head of the Department presented letters of thanks and certificates to students and expressed gratitude for the work done in the field of youth policy.
This zhyin, which was held with the participation of students from different regions of the country, will continue tomorrow. It is planned that they will take part in trainings, intellectual competitions and festive events in the TEDx format at the Medeo ice rink.
