On the 24th April, a guest lecture was held
at the IETU on the topic: «Foreign policy and international relations of the
Republic of Kazakhstan». Lecturer
Almasha Arystanovna Arenova – Head of the Department of Political Cooperation
of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic
of Kazakhstan in Almaty. Diplomatic rank «Advisor of the 1st
class», academician of the Academy of Journalism of
Kazakhstan, academician of the International Academy of Informatization.
The lecturer spoke about the formation and main
directions of the foreign policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the role of the
individual in establishing diplomatic relations of our state with countries
near and far abroad. The lecture was educational in nature and useful for
developing a sense of patriotism among students, developing leadership
qualities, developing a civic position, a responsible attitude towards work and
the desire to acquire knowledge in the field of IT engineering, biotechnology
and economics. The lecture was attended by the teachers of the department «Social
and humanitarian disciplines and world languages» and
the 1st and 2nd year students of the
university.
