On October 8, 2024, Professor M.A. Tleuzhanova, lecturer of the
discipline "State Regulation of the Economy," conducted an open
lecture on the topic "Structural, Innovation, and Investment Policy:
Content, Principles, and the Impact of State Structural Policy on Economic
Dynamics."
During the session, key aspects of Kazakhstan`s structural, innovation, and
investment policies were discussed, along with their influence on the economic
dynamics of the country.
Particular attention was given to the role of the state in supporting the
engineering sector and the strategic challenges highlighted in the President`s
Address. The main directions of state support and opportunities for the
development of the mechanical engineering and engineering industry were
examined. The fundamental principles of structural policy affecting the
long-term stability and competitiveness of Kazakhstan`s economy were also
discussed.
The open lecture provided students with the opportunity to delve deeper into
the pressing issues related to the country`s development and assess how
government initiatives and innovative approaches contribute to economic growth
and the advancement of engineering technologies.
