On
November 6, 2024, a psychological training session titled “Developing
Motivation” was held among first-year students in the dormitory. The aim of the
event was to achieve a steady increase in motivation for success and to prevent
the decline in motivation to avoid failure.
The
event was organized by the Associate Professor of the Department of
Social-Humanitarian Disciplines and World Languages, Candidate of Psychological
Sciences, Seyitnur Zharas Seyitnuruly.

the training, participants worked on developing strong desires and skills to
set personal goals and cultivate determination to achieve them. They understood
the importance of setting specific goals in life. The students actively
participated in the training, shared their thoughts on motivation for success,
and deepened their psychological knowledge.
At the
end of the event, participants noted that they had strengthened their
psychological knowledge about personal motivation and expressed interest in the
topic. This training helped students refresh their knowledge of motivation for
success and sparked their interest in psychology.
