On November 29, 2024, IETU hosted a meeting with a delegation from the South Korean Global Korea Center, led by the center`s director, Mr. Hong Jinsung. Along with him, representatives of leading Korean companies visited the university.

The main purpose of the visit was to discuss prospects for long-term cooperation in the field of education. During the meeting, key issues were raised, including:

• student exchange programs;
• professional development of teaching staff;
• implementation of joint business projects.

Global Korea Center is a business structure that brings together South Korean universities and international partners to implement educational initiatives and promote innovation. The center`s key areas of activity include robotics, drones, smart technologies, and information technologies.
