One of the main tasks of educational, scientific, and cultural institutions of the country is to awaken citizens` interest in reading, to cultivate a reading culture, and to solve the problem of reading literacy. During planned search studies in the archives and scientific libraries of the Russian Federation, many documents and materials were found on the topic of a scientific project concerning the historical past of our Motherland. The Russian Public Historical Library (Moscow) donated three books they published in 2023-2024 to METU. The works of scientists call for the dissemination of historical knowledge and the use of works as a source of historical information.
