Khamit Batyrkhan Bolatkhanuly is a 2nd-year student majoring in Food Production.

According to Batyrkhan: "At school, I was a bit reserved, but after enrolling in METU, I became much more open." He mentioned that he was especially motivated by his advisor, Araylym Dauletkhankyzy, and her inspiring words during advisory sessions. Today, he has achieved outstanding results through his hard work and perseverance.

He competed in the under-67.5 kg weight category. The tournament was held in the city of Kostanay at the Progress Hall gym.

Khamit won three gold medals in three disciplines:

1.Bench press;

2.Pull-ups with additional weight;

3.Dips on parallel bars with additional weight.

The "Ice Grip 2024" Championship was organized by the international company IPAF for Streetlifting and Powerlifting in Kazakhstan.

Following the results of the competition, Khamitearned three Candidate for Master of Sports titles among juniors.

He became the only athlete to win three gold medals and three Candidate for Master of Sports titles at this tournament.

METU rector, Gulnar Alibekovna, congratulated Batyrkhan on his success and wished him further victories.
