On February 07. 2025. the grand opening of the Farabi Robotics Hub, a unique robotics center in Kazakhstan, took place at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The event gathered students and experts from various universities across the country, including students from METU.

During the event, cutting-edge robots from the KUKA brand were demonstrated. Students had the opportunity to ask questions and receive professional insights regarding the working principles, applications, and future prospects of robotics.

METU and Farabi Robotics Hub plan to explore opportunities for future collaboration and joint projects.
