On October 4, 5, 2019 in Turkestan, the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) held the III Central Asian international Forum to ensure the quality of education.

Within the framework of the forum, an agreement was signed on international cooperation in the educational, scientific, technical and innovative fields of activity between the Kazakh engineering and technological University, the Kyrgyz-Uzbek University and the Technological University of Tajikistan.

Within the framework of the concluded agreement on international cooperation, it is planned to carry out basic and applied research on joint projects on the basis of research centers, laboratories, implementation of joint educational programs, the programs of academic mobility for students and for teaching staff, training/retraining of highly qualified personnel.
