General Provisions
The Club of «Expert Auditors» of the International Engineering and Technology University (here in after referred to as the Club) is a permanent creative association of proactive, interested and self-improving students and teachers, based on voluntary membership.
The club carries out its activities on the principles of tolerance, humanity, priority of universal human values and interests of higher education, cooperation of students and teaching staff, voluntariness, equality, self-government and legality. The club is free to determine its internal structure, goals, forms and methods of its activities.
The mission of the Club is to ensure the coordinated development of technical regulation in the field of standardization, certification, metrology, accreditation and market monitoring of goods and services.
The club is not a legal entity.

In accordance with the tasks assigned to it, the Club:
1. Acquaintance with new literature and periodicals on the topic;
2. Exchange of best practices between specialists in standardization, certification and metrology;
3. Discussion of the achievements of students in the educational program «6B07501-Standardization and Certification».
Laws and responsibilities of Club members
Club members have the right to:
• participate in the activities of the Club;
• participate in planning events and developing topics for meetings;
• receive complete and reliable information about the work of the Club;
• participate in the development of program documents of the Club;
• freely distribute information about the activities of the Club;
• initiate changes in the activities of the Club in order to improve its effectiveness;
• voluntarily leave the Club.
Club members are obliged to:
• Observe safety precautions;
• Contribute to the fulfillment of the Club's goals and objectives;
• Implement the Club's decisions;
• Attend work during specified hours;
• Stick to the work plan;
• Approach work responsibly;
• Do not commit actions (inactions) that damage the Club's reputation.
Structure and management of the Club
The organizational structure of the Club includes:
• Scientific Directors of the Club (Scientific Director of the Club);
• Chairman of the Club;
• Secretary of the Club.
• Scientific Directors of the Club (Scientific Director of the Club) are elected the teaching staff of the University.
The competence of the Scientific Directors of the Club (Scientific Director of the Club) includes:
• Developing the Club's program documents;
• Making decisions on admitting a new member to the Club or expelling a Club member;
• Submitting proposals to amend these Regulations;
• Coordinating the Club's calendar work plan for the academic year and (or) month;
• Implementing strategic management of the Club's activities;
• Determining the topics of Club member meetings;
• Holding Club member meetings.
• The Club Chairman is the highest official of the Club and exercises general, including operational, management of the Club's activities.
• The Club Chairman is elected by a relative majority of votes of the permanent members of the Club from among the permanent members of the Club. Permanent members of the Club are university students who have participated in at least 4 Club meetings in a row prior to the elections.
• Elections of the Club Chairman are held at least once a year. The date of the elections is appointed (appointed) by the Club's Scientific Directors (the Scientific Director of the Club).
• All permanent members of the Club are notified of the elections of the Chairman of the Club in an open and accessible manner, including via social networks, at least three weeks before the elections.
• The format of the elections of the Chairman of the Club is determined by the Scientific Directors of the Club (Scientific Director of the Club).
• Candidates for the position of Chairman of the Club submit free-form plans for the development of the Club at least one week before the date of the elections for their publication and dissemination to all permanent members of the Club.
• The results of the elections of the Chairman of the Club are communicated to all members of the Club in an open and accessible manner the day after the elections.
• One person may hold the position of Chairman of the Club for an unlimited number of terms.
The Chairman of the Club is responsible for coordinating and organizing the activities of the Club, including:
• Convening regular and extraordinary meetings of the Club;
• Developing a plan and procedure for holding events organized by the Club and coordinating it with the scientific supervisors;
• Providing information support for the activities of the Club and events held by the Club (preparing announcements, post-releases, event reports, maintaining current information sections, preparing various advertising and information materials) and coordinating its content with the Scientific Supervisors of the Club (Scientific Supervisor of the Club);
• Providing technical organization and direct organization of events held by the Club (selecting the date, time and place of the event, booking an audience, meeting invited speakers, etc.).
• Representing the interests of the Club and interacting on the basis of this Regulation on behalf of the Club in relations with the University;
• Forming and submitting to the Scientific Supervisors of the Club (Scientific Supervisor of the Club) an annual report on the activities of the Club.
• If necessary, in agreement with the Scientific Directors of the Club (Scientific Director of the Club), executive bodies of the Club (including departments, areas) may be formed to carry out current work on managing the Club, the functionality, managers and personnel of which are determined by the Chairman of the Club.
• The Secretary of the Club is appointed by the Chairman of the Club from among the members of the Club. The competence of the Secretary of the Club includes maintaining all internal documentation of the Club.
Club Membership
A member of the Club may be a University student who regularly participates in Club meetings (at least two meetings in a row).
Membership in the Club is terminated due to:
• voluntary withdrawal;
• exclusion by decision of the Scientific Directors of the Club (Scientific Director of the Club) for actions incompatible with this provision, or for violation of local regulations of the University
Final Provisions
The present Regulations shall enter into force after their approval at a meeting of the Academic Council and shall remain in effect until the approval of the next regulation.
The first Chairman of the Club shall be appointed by decision of the Scientific Directors of the Club (Scientific Director of the Club).
