Discounts are provided to applicants based on UNT points earned for full-time study (does not apply to DET) for the entire period of study:
over 100 points - 30%.

Discounts are provided to applicants based on the UNT points scored for full-time (not applicable to DET) only for the first year of study:
90-99 points - 25%
80-89 points - 25%
70-79 points - 20%.

For college graduates with honors, MITU provides a 30% discount for the entire period of full-time study, for graduates of METU College - 30%, for graduates of other colleges - 20%.

Discounts do not apply to full-time education with distance learning technologies.

Discounts of 40 and 50% are assigned by decision of the METU commission:

• winners of international olympiads and scientific competitions in general education subjects of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (awarded with diplomas of 1, 2, 3 degrees);
• Winners of republican Olympiads and scientific competitions in general education subjects of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (awarded with diplomas of 1, 2, 3 degrees);
• To outstanding athletes, winners of sports competitions, creative competitions and festivals.

50% discount for applicants - children of MITU employees.

They can count on a 25% discount:

• A direct relative of a graduate of MITU (formerly KazITU);

• The first and second degree of kinship with a student studying on a paid basis (parents, aunts, uncles, relatives and cousins)

Students of paid education who have the highest GPA (grade point average for the year), who help the university and lead an active life can receive a rector’s grant (100% discount) based on the results of the academic year for the next year of study.

Excellent students (GPA 4.0) receive a 15% discount, and shock students (GPA 3.8) receive a 10% discount for the next academic year.

According to the results of a special commission, which will be held at the end of August, 20% can receive:

• applicants from a large family (4 or more minor children);
• persons with disabilities and additional needs of groups 1-2;
• applicants who are orphans or left without parental care.

30% can receive:

• applicants who are orphans or left without parental care.

For graduates of MITU with a diploma with honors, we provide a 25% discount for the entire period of study, with a regular diploma - 20%.

50% discount for applicants - children of MITU employees.
