Within the framework of the partnership contract, on January 24, Vice-Rector for Educational and Scientific Work of the Kazakhstan University of Engineering and Technology Akpanbetov D. B. and Director of the Department of Scientific Work and International Cooperation Tatibekov B. N. held a meeting with specialists of the Scientific and Production Center of Microbiology and Virology for the purpose of further implementation of joint projects.

The Scientific and Production Center of Microbiology and Virology under the leadership of the famous scientist, Doctor of Biological Sciences, professor, academician, Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, laureate of the State Prize in Science and Technology named after al-Farabi Sadanov Amangeldy Kurbanovich carries out research work in Kazakhstan and makes a great contribution to the development of the scientific potential of the country.

During the meeting, Vice-Rector for Educational and Scientific Work of KazITU Akpanbetov D. B. discussed with the Deputy Director General for Scientific Work of the Scientific and Production Center of Microbiology and Virology Baimakhanova B. B. prospects for further cooperation in the scientific field, the organization of practical training for students, the expansion of opportunities for the exchange of experience and agreed to strengthen cooperation.

Within the framework of the meeting, a review of the laboratories of biochemistry of viruses, microbial preparations, food microbiology and antiviral protection was conducted, and a plan was developed for conducting master classes together with the scientific and production center.
