A youth organization "League of Talents" was created at the KazЕTU College to support talented youth.  The only impetus for the opening of the organization was the candidacy for the post of chairman of the Committee on Youth Affairs, Toktaly Zeynep Nurbolatovna, who gained 133 votes.  In addition, proposals were received from the students to the college administration and the Committee for Youth Affairs, where on October 14 a meeting was held with the participation of students and the college administration on the creation of the organization.  During the meeting, several reasons and advantages of creating an organization were announced, the chairman of which was Zeynep Nurbolatovna Tokhtaly.

The regulations, structure and plan of the youth organization "League of Talents" were approved by the head of the college on October 19.  The organization has 5 clubs and 10 students.  They are:

•  Tourist club "Funtravel KazETU";
•  Club "Ambassador Creative";
•  "Golden POP" club;
•  Club "KazITU pressa";
•  Volunteer club "Helpers".
