On June 16-17, 2021, a youth meeting was held in the city of Turkestan with the leaders of youth organizations of the Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan and Higher Educational Institutions. The Kazakh Engineering and Technological University was represented by the chairman of the Committee of Youth Organizations Tasymova Alua, who took part in the rally and visited the sacred Turkestan land. During the meeting, a forum was held with the participation of the Ministers of Education of Central Asia. The Minister of Education and Science of Kazakhstan, Askhat Aimagambetov, proposed to create a Central Asian space, and foreign partners supported the initiative of Askhat Aimagambetov. As a result of the forum, a single Central Asian higher education space was created in the Central Asian countries.
