Awards:

     2022  - “ State Research Fellowship for Young and Talented Scientists” by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     2022  - “ Best Young Scientist”. The fellowship was established by the rector of KazNU.

     2021  - 2nd place in the republican competition for the best scientific work of students in the field of natural and technical sciences, awarded by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (MES RK).

     2019  - Award for the best talk in the XV International scientific conference of students, undergraduates, and Young Scientists "Lomonosov 2019". - Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.

     2011 - 2nd degree diploma at the International Conference of Students and Young Scientists “Farabi alemi”.

Today Kurmanov Ye.B. works with leading foreign scientists: Luongo Orlando (Pisa, Italy), Daniele Malafarina (Nazarbayev University), Quevedo Hernando (Mexico, Mexico), Marco Muccino (Frascati, Italy), Aldabergenov Ermek (Shanghai, Kazakhstan), Panamarev Taras (Oxford, England). His research interests include general relativity, approximate and exact solutions of Einstein's equations, relativistic astrophysics, mathematical physics, solid mechanics, and physics of compact objects. Participated and made oral presentations at international conferences held in different countries of the world, such as Italy, France, etc.
