I, Daniyar Valeryevich Ismailov, am the Compliance Officer of the university.

Today we are talking about honesty and compliance with rules — this is the foundation of our success. MITU is an international university with 17 bachelor’s programs, master’s and doctoral studies, a college, grants, and internships. Our reputation and accreditation depend on how we work.

1. Transparency. All processes — hiring, student assessments — are open and digital.
2. Ethics. We are creating a code of conduct and conducting training. Seminars will be held soon — please participate!
3. Control. Inspections help identify risks. Report any issues.
4. Protection. Report violations anonymously via compliance@metu.kz or in office 52.
5. Training. Regular courses and anti-corruption campaigns.
6. Responsibility. Violations lead to penalties, but our goal is prevention.

Each of you is important: teachers shape students’ values, employees ensure order. Let us maintain integrity so that MITU remains a leader.
