Students are invited to take part in the Round I of the Republican Competition of Student Research Papers in the field of «Food Products Technology».

The aim of the competition is to promote students’ research activities, support innovative ideas, and encourage practice-oriented developments in the field of food technologies.

The research topics may include:

• development and improvement of food production technologies;
• innovative and functional food products;
• safety and quality of food raw materials and products;
• resource-saving and environmentally friendly technologies;
• modern methods of food processing and storage.

The procedure for submitting research papers is in accordance with the IETU regulations.
