From October 2 to October 4, students of the Department "technology and Technology of food production" of the Kazakhstan University of engineering and technology took part in the traditional international exhibition AgroWorld Qazaqstan 2022 and FoodExpo Qazaqstan 2022, organized by the Kazakh company Iteca.
At the event at the atakent exhibition complex, students of the educational program technology and engineering of food production got acquainted with the technologies for the production of meat and dairy products, confectionery, food additives and beverages from more than 120 of the world's largest companies from 14 countries and saw the latest achievements in the field of Agriculture.
Next, students of the food production technology and engineering educational program met with technology and equipment suppliers, food and beverage manufacturers, distributors and retailers at the site of the traditional agroworld Qazaqstan 2022 and FoodExpo Qazaqstan 2022, answered various questions and improved their skills in order to study the special importance in the development of the food industry.
At the end of the exhibition, students listened to reports of domestic and foreign scientists on various topics, such as the development of the agro-industrial complex, soil cultivation and cultivation of agricultural crops, the development of Animal Husbandry, Irrigation, as well as the leading business platform in the field of Agriculture – At the site of the international exhibition AgroWorld Qazaqstan, specialists of the agro-industrial complex took part in a master class of qualified specialists, learning to master the recommendations for the cultivation of raw materials, equipment and technologies for its processing, solutions for the production of food and beverages, as well as equipment for packaging, storage and transportation.
