On February 19, the leadership of the International University of Engineering and Technology, the teaching staff and students of the Department of Food Production Engineering and Technology made an excursion to the first ultramodern and high-tech brewery, which is one of the three strongest in the Kazakhstani soft drinks market. The students studied the types of alcoholic beverages and got acquainted with the equipment that determines their composition. The first brewery is equipped with state-of-the-art and high-tech equipment that ensures thorough automation of the brewing process and has an excellent control and remote control system.
