06.05.2024. The 1st year students of the Department of Food Production Engineering and Technology took an excursion to the Botanical Garden during the training practice. The students visited the Almaty Botanical Garden for practice, got acquainted with local and imported plants. They got acquainted with the main expositions of the botanical garden "Japanese Garden", "Greenhouse of tropical and subtropical plants", "Dendrology of North and South America".

The Botanical Garden is not only a great place to visit, but also a center of science. It conducts research and scientific developments on the conservation, protection, cultivation and use of the plant world, including rare and endangered plant species.

Students received valuable knowledge, interesting information and just the opportunity to breathe fresh air and relax in nature.
