On September 30, 2024, a guest lecture was held at the university with the leading researcher of the Sh.Sh. Valikhanov Institute of History and Ethnology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, associate Professor of KBTU, Candidate of Historical Sciences Arman Kabdeshovich Zhumadil. The lecturer gave a lecture to the first-year students on the topic "The Kazakh Khanate of the XV-XVII centuries", covering many aspects that allow them to understand their origins, national history in all its depth and complexity. The invited lecturer answered the students` questions in detail and touched upon the current issues of our time.
